I have had rapid weight loss per week. I m down 6 pounds to 224 pounds. My body mass index is up to a 28 which is still overweight but its only two week! I’m happy with how fast I lost weight so far. I had two good workouts one week, unfortunately I could not get in because some nights 3. The weekend can training during the day but during the week I’m only doing nights. It was my first training session on Sunday and did 30 minutes on the exercise bike, two sets of insertion repitition 12 ups and silent campaign 2 curls. The second work was on Tuesday evening and was the same with 30 minutes holder bicycle and two sets of 13 (more than 1) repititions for my ups of inclusion. Most impressive in weight loss. He kept to the Atkins lifestyle and had very few carbohydrates. I had a meat for daily breakfast and eggs. Meats were Turkey, bacon, chorizo or kielbasa sausage.
